The Department of Educational Psychology within the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A & M University-College Station offers a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. The program is designed for students seeking knowledge and abilities to support and assist a variety of individuals with challenging behaviors, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other conditions that need various types of interventions. The program prepares students to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination. A total of 18 credit hours are needed to complete the program. The courses include: Applied Behavior Management in the Classroom, Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis, Program Development for Students with Behavior Problems, Educating Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Ethics and Professional Conduct in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, and Single-Case Research. The program is offered entirely online in a cohort-model format. Courses are presented both synchronous and asynchronously.

Texas A & M University-College Station is a public, research-intensive institution of higher learning based out of College Station, Texas. It was established in 1876 as the state of Texas first public postsecondary institution. It started out as am agricultural and mechanical school for men. Federal or Texas Work Study

Texas A & M University-College Station participates in both Federal and Texas College Work Study Programs. These programs are funded by federal and state sources and enable students to work on-campus on a part-time basis to earn money to pay for college costs. Students must demonstrate a financial need and be enrolled at least half-time. The amount of funding depends on individual circumstances. Students are able to work up to 20 hours a week while classes are in session. The pay is at least the current federal minimum wage.
